Description
Liana with deeply grooved stem. Stipules present but dropped early. Leaves alternate, with leaf opposed inflorescences and tendrils on the side; large, heart shaped, deeply cordate, tri-veined leaves with waivy to slightly cusped margin and yellow-golden lower surface and petioles. Inflorescence branched.

Ecology
Up to 1000 m elevation. Usually on open places in the forest, or forest edges.

Distribution
Borneo.
