Description
Trees. Leaves alternate, simple, elliptic, ca. 15 x 6 cm. Inflorescences on the stem, small bundels of several flowers. Flowers white-yellowish. Fruit an brownish apocarp with each carpel having several seeds.

Ecology
Lowland and submontane forests.

Thailand, Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.
